Welcome to the official Discord server of the r/Anxiety subreddit! We are a peer support community for anyone currently or formerly suffering from anxiety and other mental health issues. This includes agoraphobia, panic, social anxiety, PTSD, OCD, depression and more. It is a safe and welcoming environment for people to talk about their struggles with mental health, help others and make new like-minded friends. In addition to the support channels, we offer a wide range of uplifting and community oriented spaces. There is also a section dedicated to entertainment so people can get together and have fun.
