Lotus 8 Esports is more than just a gaming community. We are a community founded on the principles of meditative mindfulness, mental wellbeing, and good sportsmanship towards our fellow members and opponents. We believe that achieving peak performance in esports goes beyond skill alone, and that's why we've created the Performance Mindset Mindfulness (PMM) workshop that integrates performance meditation training, fitness and conditioning training and mindset meditation training. PMM focuses on four main pillars: focus and concentration, self-confidence, better stress management, and self-resilience. Through this workshop, our Esports athletes are able to unlock their full potential and elevate their performance within the world of Esports.
