Server functions with a custom automated vote based rule enforcement system with next to zero centralized moderation to avoid censorship as much as possible. Ran by the public, admins and mods have been instructed not to interfere in moderation unless absolutely necessary, they're just there to oversee the little details that can't be automated effectively just yet.
