A: NGP(NetEase Gamer Premium) is a multi-function private club providing exclusive events, news information, community, and customer service.
🙋 Q: What are the requirements to join NGP?
A: Any Identity V player can join NGP Membership for free. The requirement to join Regular Membership is to own at least 10 S-Tier Costumes. Pre-Members who meet such requirements will automatically upgrade to Regular Members.
P.S. For now, our Membership application is only available to English users on NA-EU Server. However, all players will be able to join in the future, please stay tuned!

A: While in the game, click the "Friend" button→Miss Nightingale→About NGP to find the access. Here you can bind your email address and join as an NGP member upon receiving a confirmation email.
🙋 Q: Why can't I find the access to join the Membership?
A: Please check your account server and language. Currently only English users on NA-EU Server can join NGP Membership. (The Membership will be available to all players in the future. Please stay tuned.)
🙋 Q: Why didn't I receive a confirmation email/Member Entry Gift?
A: Please check if your email address is put in correctly or check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact customer service in game.
🙋 Q: What's in the Member Day Gift?
A: Regular Members can log in to the game on the 25th of every month (server time) to claim the NGP Member Day Gift, which contains an NGP Member Portrait Frame (30 days), and a 10% off Costume Discount Card (30 days). Member Day Gift will be delivered before the 28th of each month.
